Foreclosures in New York State are one of the lowest in the nation! New York ranked 43rd out of all 50 states for monthly total foreclosure filings according to the U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for November 2011. Better yet, the forclosure rate is a 3.17% decrease from October 2011 and a 42.89% decrease from November of last year.
Nationally, foreclosure rates are down 2.72% from October 2011 and 14.46% from last year.
